General terms and conditions of rental

Arrival
Arrival at 5 p.m. - plus 50€ after 20 h et 80€ after 23 h et before 8 h will be welcomed directly into the apartment by a private concierge - AlpenKey Company for a good handling of the premises.
One week before your stay, don't forget to contact the Alpenkey company (06 11 99 64 79) to organize your arrival (sheets, towels, shopping, etc.) and make you benefit from good plans (Booking skiing, ski instructors, outings, activities, various special offers).
The end-of-stay cleaning service is to be paid when the keys are handed over on arrival.(120€)
Departure
9 a.m. - In order to allow time for the complete cleaning of the apartment in compliance with COVID protocols
The security deposit will be returned to you as soon as possible after your departure.
