General terms and conditions of rental

Arrival
Check-in from 5:00 PM – A surcharge applies for late arrivals: €50 after 8:00 PM, and €80 after 11:00 PM or before 8:00 AM (payable to the concierge service). You will be welcomed directly at the apartment by the private concierge service, AlpenKey, to ensure you are properly settled in.
One week before your stay, please contact AlpenKey (06 11 99 64 79) to arrange your arrival (bed linen, towels, groceries, etc.) and to take advantage of special deals and recommendations (ski reservations, instructors, outings, activities, and various special offers).
Mandatory cleaning fee (€120).
Departure
9 a.m. - In order to allow time for the complete cleaning of the apartment.
The security deposit will be returned to you as soon as possible after your departure.
